Mother's Day

Mother's Day was fairly low-key. Eric and the kids were great to fix my meals. There was a surprise delivery from Edible Arrangements (fruit cut like flowers) which we were able to enjoy also. The balloon Colton is holding came from the arrangement.

On being a mom:

- it's tough. There's always a disagreement to resolve or some other issue that has to get tackled.

- it's rewarding. There is nothing sweeter than seeing one of my kids' faces light up when they see me.

- there's nothing I'd rather do more. Eventhough I need to get away and take a break every now and then, I am always eager to get back to the kids.

- my kids are my life. Everything I do revolves around them.

- I feel so blessed to be able to raise 5 precious children.
